CLUB NOMINATION / TEAM REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
Club Nomination Form [ABF1]
All clubs wishing to accept this invitation and participate in the 2012 ABF Competition must complete Form ABF1 Club Nomination and forward to the Event Organiser from MRL.

The ABF must receive the nomination form with Money Order/ Bank Cheque / EFT no later than close of business 5:00 pm on Friday 20 July 2012.
Team Registration/ Declaration Form [ABF2]
Clubs who have completed form “ABF1” must also complete as much as possible from form “ABF2” Team registration/declaration and forward to the ABF no later than close of business on the Friday 20 July 2012.
Nomination Fees
Team nomination fees are to be paid in full by Money Order/ Bank Cheque / EFT made out to The Arthur Beetson Foundation and are to be forwarded along with the Form “ABF1” and Form “ABF2” to the ABF. ABF must receive the full nomination no later than the close of business on Friday 20 July 2012.
Note: Clubs should take particular note that the Team Nomination fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, which means that the fee and your team remain locked in place for the Competition.
